1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and vb222 (hereinafter referred to as "vb222", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at vb222.io (the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, accessing any part of the Platform, depositing funds, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion offered by vb222, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its terms, and that you agree to be legally bound by it. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately cease accessing the Platform and refrain from creating an account.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To open and maintain an account with vb222, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. vb222 does not permit access by any person under 21 years old, regardless of the legal gambling age in the player's jurisdiction.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or immediate family member of a vb222 employee or contractor, unless explicitly authorised in writing.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order — whether voluntarily requested through vb222 or imposed by a recognised responsible gaming organisation.
• You have not previously had a vb222 account closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are registering with accurate, current, and truthful personal information. The provision of false information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account with vb222. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Identity Verification (KYC)

vb222 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents (such as a National ID card, passport, or birth certificate), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. vb222 reserves the right to suspend account access and withhold withdrawals pending successful verification. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account closure.

3 Account Responsibilities

As a registered player, you are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or permit any other individual to access your account under any circumstances.

vb222 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on your account. You agree to notify vb222 immediately — via the in-platform live chat or by emailing [email protected] — if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

You acknowledge that all activity carried out through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility until vb222 has been formally notified of any suspected unauthorised access. vb222 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials confidential.

Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any third party.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

Accepted Payment Methods

vb222 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (DBBL), Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL) bank transfer, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Third-Party Funding Prohibition

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. vb222 does not accept deposits from payment accounts owned by third parties. Withdrawal Processing

Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one to three business days. vb222 reserves the right to apply enhanced due-diligence checks to any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times.

Currency

All transactions on the vb222 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). vb222 does not accept foreign currency deposits and is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your payment provider.

5 Betting Rules & Void Bets

All bets placed on the vb222 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the event, market, and game type selected. It is the player's responsibility to review the relevant betting rules before placing a wager. vb222 publishes event-specific rules within the relevant section of the Platform.

Bet Acceptance

A bet is only confirmed once you have received an on-screen confirmation and a unique bet reference number. vb222 reserves the right to decline or restrict any bet at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in any of the following circumstances:

• An event is cancelled or postponed and not rescheduled within the timeframe specified in the applicable sport rules.
• The bet was accepted at an erroneously displayed price due to a technical error or a manifest error by vb222 staff.
• The market was settled incorrectly and a resettlement is required.
• Evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation is confirmed by a competent sporting authority.

When a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the player's vb222 wallet. vb222's decision on void bets is final.

Live In-Play Betting

Odds on in-play markets are updated in real time. There may be a short delay between the real-world event and the odds displayed on the Platform. vb222 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time and will not be liable for bets placed during or after any such suspension where there is a material discrepancy between live odds and actual event status.

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

vb222 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements detailed in the individual promotion description, which forms part of this Agreement when read together.

• Bonus funds are credited to your vb222 bonus wallet and must meet the stated wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn as cash.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or in some cases, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Only specific game categories or markets may contribute to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any bonus not wagered within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically without notice.
• vb222 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Where possible, advance notice will be given to affected players.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, exploiting mathematical loopholes in bonus terms, or wagering exclusively on low-risk markets to meet wagering requirements — will result in immediate bonus forfeiture and may lead to account termination.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vb222 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of all balances without compensation:

• Using automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, scripting, or any other non-manual method to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any such gain must be reported to vb222 and will be subject to reversal.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other unlawful financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to vb222 at any time, including during registration, KYC, or support interactions.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited, using a VPN or proxy to disguise your actual location.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward vb222 staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or reproduce any part of the Platform's software or intellectual property.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

vb222 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and customer support. vb222 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

All data transmitted between your device and the vb222 Platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Financial data is never stored in plain text on vb222 servers.

9 Responsible Gaming

In no event shall vb222's total aggregate liability to any player exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their vb222 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Amendments & Account Termination

vb222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, vb222 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the revised terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

vb222 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• vb222 is required to do so by law, regulation, or the instruction of a competent authority.
• The player's account activity suggests involvement in fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
• The player has provided false information during registration or KYC.

Upon termination for cause, vb222 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed at vb222's initiative without cause attributable to the player, any verified real-money balance will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may close their account at any time by contacting the vb222 support team via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within one business day.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. vb222 operates as an online entertainment platform and makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between a player and vb222, the player is encouraged to first contact the vb222 support team to seek an amicable resolution. vb222 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt. Unresolved disputes may be escalated through formal written communication to [email protected].

vb222's decision on all betting outcomes, bonus awards, account actions, and rule interpretations shall be final and binding, subject only to manifest error. Manifest errors must be reported within 48 hours of the relevant event or transaction.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
